1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://www.bubblspace.com, https://www.timecapsule.bubblspace.com or https://www.aiedx.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services during the subscription term.

This license does not include:

Your license is tied to your subscription plan and account. Access terminates upon subscription cancellation or account termination.

Your Content

You may provide input to the Services, and receive output from the Services based on the Input. Input and Output are collectively "Content." You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.

Ownership of Content

As between you and AIEDX Private Limited, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in Input and (b) own the Output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output.

Similarity of Content

Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence generally, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our Services. Our assignment above does not extend to other users' output or any Third Party Output.

Our Use of Content

We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services, comply with applicable law, enforce our terms and policies, and keep our Services safe.

Accuracy

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.

When you use our Services you understand and agree:

  • Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on Output from our Services as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.

4. Service Description

BubblSpace is an AI-powered platform available through subscription. Users can purchase credits or subscriptions to access AI services, Sage Mode, and collaboration features.

5. User Types and Responsibilities

5.1 Subscription Users

  • You may use our services through purchased credits or subscriptions. We retain only the data required to provide access to AI-Frames workspaces, shared content & Sage Mode such as documents, audio messages, images, metadata, and conversations.
  • Misuse of credits, reverse engineering, or attempting to access unauthorized systems will result in account suspension.

5.2 Shared AI-Frames & Knowledge Bases

  • Collaboration features allow you to share frames, chapters, and Knowledge Base entries. You control who has access and can revoke sharing at any time.
  • We store sharing metadata (e.g., workspace membership, invitations) only to deliver these services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring collaborators respect the intellectual property and privacy of shared content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful and ethical purposes.
  • Refrain from using AI-generated content for harm, disinformation, or illegal activity.
  • Protect your credentials and respect the privacy of others.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform.
  • Not use the service for automated attacks or excessive load.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on BubblSpace, BubblSpace & AIEDX websites are provided on an "as is" basis. AIEDX Private Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Content generated by AI models may contain errors or inaccuracies. BubblSpace does not guarantee the reliability or factual correctness of AI outputs. Users should verify all critical information independently.

By using BubblSpace's AI features, you acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and should be used with appropriate caution and verification.

8. Limitations

In no event shall AIEDX Private Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BubblSpace, BubblSpace & AIEDX websites, even if AIEDX Private Limited or an AIEDX Private Limited authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, interface design, and brand assets are owned by AIEDX Private Limited.

User-generated content remains your intellectual property. You grant BubblSpace a license to use it only for providing services.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime, but the platform is provided "as-is." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, and features may change over time.

11. Links

AIEDX Private Limited has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by AIEDX Private Limited of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, misuse of AI models, or any activity that may compromise the service or its users.

13. Modifications

AIEDX Private Limited may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
